The Carolina BrewMasters understand that Charlotte Oktoberfest Sponsors play a large role in our success. Over the years we have made every effort to ensure that our sponsors receive impressionable advertising and marketing media for the money, products or services that are donated to our festival. We offer a wide range of sponsorships based on your economic situation; this year we have additional sponsorship levels for those requiring more economical ways to participate in our festival.
Sponsorship in our festival promotes your business and helps support our charities as festival proceeds are all donated locally. We utilize a variety of methods to provide exposure for your business and your sponsorship will be noticed by 6000 festival participants. Additionally, our festival patrons comprise a broad, lucrative demographic with an age range from 21 to retirement.
Four main levels of sponsorship, as well as 3 more economical packages, are available for your consideration. Details of each sponsorship level are outlined below. Pricing for the Copper Level sponsorship is $500.
Pewter Level
You get everything included in Copper Level, plus:
- 1/4 page ad in the program guide.
- Upgrade to 4 tickets to the Festival.
Pricing for the Pewter Level sponsorship is $1,000.
Bronze Level
You get everything included in the Pewter Level, plus:
- Your logo on the back cover of the program guide.
- Your logo on promotional posters.
- Signage anywhere on the grounds except the stage area.
Pricing for the Bronze Level sponsorship is $2,500.
Silver Level
You get everything included in the Bronze Level, plus:
- 1/4 page article in the program guide, in addition to the 1/4 page ad.
- Your logo on the stage.
- Your logo on all print ads.
- Your logo on the Charlotte Oktoberfest home page.
- 2 shoutouts from the stage during the festival.
- Upgrade to 6 tickets to the festival.
Pricing for the Silver Level sponsorship is $5,000.
Gold Level
You get everything included in the Silver Level, plus:
- Upgrade article and ad in the program guide to 1/2 page.
- Upgrade to 3 shoutouts from the stage during the festival.
- Upgrade to 8 tickets to the festival.
Pricing for the Gold Level sponsorship is $7,500.
This opportunity is limited to TWO (2) sponsors.
15th Anniversary Imperial Sponsorship
You get everything included in the Gold Level, plus:
- Your Logo on the 6,000 tasting glasses.
- Your logo on the 5,300 tickets.
- Logo exclusive on all staff and volunteer t-shirts
- Opportunity to brand 10,000 coasters.
- Upgrade article and ad in the program guide to FULL PAGE.
- Upgrade to 10 tickets to the festival.
Pricing for the Platinum Level sponsorship is $15,000.
This opportunity is limited to ONE (1) sponsor.
Parking Sponsor
As the sponsor for the Festival's free parking, you get:
- Signage thoughout the parking lot and on directional signs.

Pricing for Parking Sponsor is $2,000.

Pricing for Brewery Spotlight is $5,000. This opportunity is limited to one brewery.
Charlotte Beer Girls Sponsor
As a sponsor for the Charlotte Beer Girls tent, you get:
- Signage at the Charlotte Beer Girls tent.
- Several beautiful women promoting your business at the festival.
Pricing for the Charlotte Beer Girls Sponsor is $250.
