Charlotte Oktoberfest understands that our Sponsors play a large role in our success. Over the years, we have made every effort to ensure that our sponsors receive impressionable advertising and marketing media for the money, products and services that are donated to our festival. We offer a wide range of sponsorships to fit all economic needs. This year, we have reconfigured the sponsorship levels to maximize our sponsors’ ability to participate in the festival.
Since festival proceeds are all donated locally, sponsorship in our festival both promotes your business and supports our charities. We utilize a variety of methods to provide exposure for your business and your sponsorship will be noticed by 4,000 festival participants that comprise a broad, lucrative demographic with an age range from 21 to retirement.

We have tiered sponsorship levels ranging from TITLE sponsor to functional sponsorships (i.e. glassware sponsor, water sponsor, etc…). These opportunities range from $10,000 to $500 and can be customized to fit the needs and goals of your organization. All the sponsorships give you the opportunity to connect with 4,000 plus active Charlotteans at a historic event with a community focus.

All sponsors will have onsite access (typically a tent and table at the event), social media exposure, logos/links on website, signage at the festival, and similar access to festival goers.
